Thank you for supporting independent craftsmanship! Because each piece at Lost Things Artisan Jewelry is handcrafted (and sometimes made-to-order), we take extra care to ensure your treasures reach you safely.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

• Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation before shipment. Check the specific product description for individual lead times.

• Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Package

Once your "lost thing" is found and headed your way, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to go active.

International Shipping & Customs

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package reaches your country.

Important: Lost Things Artisan Jewelry is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

While we package every item with extreme care:

• Damaged Goods: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us at lovelostthings@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging.

• Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
