Please note We are currently unable to ship to the USA. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for supporting Lost Things Artisan Jewelry. Because each of our pieces is hand-crafted by Christina from authentic vintage coins, we take great care in ensuring your jewelry is packaged securely and shipped promptly.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Items currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Commissions: Since these pieces require individual carving time, please allow [1–2 weeks] before your item is shipped.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We offer several shipping tiers to meet your needs. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

We love sending "Lost Things" all over the world! Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lost Things is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lovelostthings@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 Lost Things is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service, but we will always do our best to help you locate a missing package.
