Returns & Exchanges
At Lost Things, we want you to feel a connection to the history you wear. If your piece isn’t the perfect fit for your story, we are here to help.
Return Guidelines
-
Timeframe: We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date.
-
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
-
Exclusions: * Custom Commissions: Pieces specifically commissioned or altered (such as custom-sized rings or specific coin requests) are final sale.
-
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased on "Clearance" or "Sale" are final sale.
-
How to Start a Return
-
Contact Us: Email us at lovelostthings@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
-
Approval: Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to mail your package.
-
Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
-
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Because our pieces are made from unique vintage coins, we cannot always offer an exact replacement for a specific coin. In these cases, we will offer a store credit or a replacement of equal value from our current collection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at lovelostthings@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sizing Disclaimer
Please Note: Many of our rings are made from specific historical coins that cannot be resized without compromising the artwork. Please double-check your size before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to be measured.
