The heart of Lost Things lies in a bond between a grandfather and his granddaughter. Our creator, Christina, discovered her passion at a young age, perched beside her grandfather as he meticulously carved intricate designs into old currency.
He didn’t just teach her the technical skill of coin carving; he taught her to see the hidden beauty in the weathered, the worn, and the forgotten.
The Birth of Lost Things
For years, this craft was a cherished hobby. However, when Christina’s grandfather passed away at the age of 98, his tools and his legacy were left in her hands. In honor of his life and the century of history he witnessed, Lost Things Artisan Jewelry was born.
Today, Christina uses those same traditional techniques to create unique necklaces, rings, and bracelets. By using old coins as her canvas, she ensures that every piece carries its own weight, its own era, and its own soul.
